At Greenwood Counseling, we believe when we focus on our mental health, all other areas of our lives will improve. The first and hardest step is to reach out and find someone to help guide you.
In our sessions, we use a client-centered approach to provide you with tools to reduce the pressures of life and achieve your personal goals. Along with working with adults, our counselors enjoy counseling children and teens. We believe that all people can be successful when they are given the right tools.
Our counselors use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, along with Play Therapy for children. Both counselors provide a comfortable and safe environment where clients can see their strengths and reach their potential.
Greenwood Counseling Center looks forward to helping you be the best version of you!
