ABOUT BRIAN LANDIS, LCMHC
Brian believes that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to work through life’s challenges and rediscover connection—both with themselves and with others. He understands that taking the first step toward therapy can be intimidating, and he strives to create an environment that is warm, accepting, and grounded in genuine care.
Taking an eclectic approach to counseling, Brian draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. As a Level 2 trained Gottman Therapist, he specializes in helping couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect in meaningful ways. Additionally, he is trained in Brainspotting, a powerful and effective method for clients who have experienced trauma or live with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Brian enjoys working with adults and couples. He holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina.
Outside of the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and staying active.
